Order over-the-counter supplies
Your Aetna Medicare Advantage plan includes an over the counter (OTC) benefit. It offers a convenient way to get generic OTC health and wellness products delivered straight to your home.
Your OTC allowance can be used on items like pain relief, cold and allergy remedies, first aid supplies, dental and eye care, vitamins and minerals and personal care items including sunscreen, lotions, and cotton swabs.
Aetna Medicare Advantage members receive $30 to spend every three months.
You can request a printed OTC catalog by calling Member Services at 1-866-241-0262 (TTY: 711), Monday–Friday, 8 AM–8 PM ET. Orders can be placed in-store where available, online at cvs.com/otchs/myorder and by phone at 1-833-331-1573 (TTY: 711), Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 8 PM local time.
